Have a user that left and need to get to his mailbox? Here you go!
1. First you will need to get into the Exchange Powershell
2. Next you will need to run the following: Add-MailboxPermission usermailbox –user adminuser –AccessRights FullAccess

Admins can still remotely wipe devices in Exhange 2007 but there is not a website to do it anymore… that I know of. Its pretty simple. In the Exchange PowerShell type:
Clear-ActiveSyncDevice -Identity Identityofdevice
Example: Clear-ActiveSyncDevice -Identity wm_username
